The scenography of the Daegu Photography Biennale embraces the values of sustainability at the heart of this year’s theme, 'Symbiocene', emphasizing the interconnectedness of all living elements within the biosphere. Conceived as a living organism, the installation weaves through the exhibition spaces like a responsive network. Suspended structures made from arched bamboo and planting paper form the heart of the installation, suggesting an architecture in motion.
