Private Island Property

A prestigious property on a private motu in Bora Bora, this residence is inspired by traditional Polynesian architecture, where buildings are conceived as open, breathable structures responding directly to the tropical climate. The project is designed as wind-responsive architecture, using prevailing trade winds as a primary driver of comfort and spatial organization. Locally sourced timber, bamboo, and natural stone are combined with contemporary detailing and a flat golden roof.
